MeshYoga is a practice based on simplicity. It is a refined and redefined form, born from experience and critical interpretation of various yogic styles, which focuses on the importance of alignment over everything and anything else.
First we separate. Through a deep understanding of the human body, poses are broken down to their core, and particular movements are treated as lone components. Attention is placed on engaging every muscle and relieving the joints so as to achieve a high level of progress and safety.
Once undergone the process of separation, we connect: every position is broken down and rebuilt, deviating from it’s original form, and it’s full effect can only be wholly admired upon it’s completion.
MeshYoga has as it’s end the overall connectedness between body and mind. Here, the forest isn’t lost for the trees, and the importance of individuality is seen as it relates to the whole.
